The Puck

  • Compact & Durable: Features a small, unobtrusive footprint (approx. 3" x 1"). Encased in thick, impact-resistant plastic designed to withstand harsh industrial environments.
  • All-Weather Operation: Waterproof (IP67) and rated for extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C (-40°F to 158°F).
  • Smarter Sensing: An integrated motion sensor automatically activates the Tag only when the asset moves, significantly conserving battery life.
  • Attach Anywhere: Versatile mounting options—including a collar, magnetic base, or snap-in dock—allow for easy attachment to any asset.

Low Power & Accurate
Select location accuracy to save power

  • LoRa: Uses periodic LoRa signals to provide lower-resolution location data, requiring very little power.
  • WiFi AP Scanning: Uses moderate power to scan nearby WiFi Access Points to determine location within approximately 50m.
  • GNSS - GPS: Scans satellites to get an exact position when high accuracy is required (e.g., when an asset is missing).

Flexible Connectivity
Extensive MeshCore Amazon Sidewalk coverage with option for direct xGATEWAY connections

  • Long Range, Low Power Connections: Leverage Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRa) to communicate with Pucks over long distances using very little battery energy.
  • Multi-Protocol Support: Use Amazon Sidewalk or public MeshCore Gateway connections as a Sidewalk alternative to ensure Pucks are always visible within the system.
  • Secure: Authentication and encryption ensure that Puck location data is private.

The Gateway

  • High-Density Support: Communicate with up to eight Pucks simultaneously via LoRa — perfect for large-scale deployments like ranches or industrial facilities where 1000's or even 10000's of Pucks are nearby.
  • Industrial Grade: Can be installed outdoors (within IP67 weatherproof box) and run in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 70°C (-40°F to 158°F).
